Welcome to Scoop Moop, a pet waste removal service based in Tampa, FL. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and your interactions with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Scoop Moop provides recurring and one-time dog poop removal services for residential properties in Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and nearby areas. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
3. Scheduling & Real-Time Pricing
All bookings are done through our website using our instant online scheduling system. Real-time pricing is calculated based on number of dogs, property location, and frequency.
You may schedule your service up to 60 days in advance, depending on availability.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment via Stripe only.
Your card will be charged at the time of booking.
For recurring plans, billing is monthly and automatically renews until cancelled.
5. Cancellation Policy
One-time services: Must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund.
Recurring plans: You may cancel or pause your plan anytime from your customer dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Missed cleanups due to locked gates or inaccessible yards are non-refundable.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for:
Cancellations made within the required window.
Service failures confirmed by Scoop Moop.

7. Missed or Delayed Visits
While we strive to stick to your selected day, factors like weather, holidays, or high volume may cause delays. We will notify you via text/email in such cases.
8. Gate Access & Yard Entry
You are responsible for ensuring gate access and that pets are secured during the scheduled window.
If we cannot access your yard, the visit is marked as a missed cleanup.
9. Safety & Sanitation
All tools and footwear are disinfected between services.
Technicians are trained in safe handling of pet waste.
We do not remove waste from inside the home.
10. Liability
Scoop Moop is not liable for:
Pet escapes due to unsecured gates.
Damage to lawn/landscaping caused by routine access.
Injuries from aggressive or unleashed animals.
You agree to indemnify Scoop Moop against all claims arising from service performance on your property.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time due to:
Repeated access issues
Unsafe property conditions
Threatening or inappropriate behavior
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by email or on the website when changes are made.
